Infographic journalist, Alberto Lucas Lopez, created a remarkably detailed infographic that elegantly breaks down the world's most popular languages and the countries in which they're spoken.The larger circle itself represents the 4.1 billion people in the world who speak one of the 23 most globally spoken languages as their native tongue. So the numbers for people in a given country that speak a certain language may be much higher, given that the statistics don't account for those that are bilingual. Nonetheless, this is an incredible display of information that you and I otherwise wouldn't know.
