If you’re like me when I’m woken up too early, your reaction is probably a harsh gurgle, grumble, or some other ugly noise that seems inhuman. It’s really quite unattractive, when you think about it.

But when Max the adorable golden retriever is woken from his afternoon slumber, he lets out the cutest hums, whines, and howls that I’ve ever heard. It kinda makes me want to wait around for him to fall asleep just so I can wake him up with a new instrument every time.

When this tiny Schnauzer’s human was gone for a few days, he was lost. Then, she finally returned after the short trip…and, judging by this little pooch’s reaction, he thought she was gone for good!

This puppy is overwhelmed by so many good feels!

No human has ever been this happy about anything.

That’s why dogs are known as man’s best friend. It doesn’t matter how long the absence is, they are always thrilled to be reunited with their humans!

When a local Texas resident was on his very early morning drive to work, he noticed a box on the side of the road. It looked like a box for a desk fan, and he figured that he could use it at the office…so he tossed it into the back of his pickup. Who doesn’t like free things? But when he stopped at a gas station and took a peek inside at his free roadside find, he was shocked to find that it wasn’t a fan at all…

This will break your heart in two.

Thank goodness the person who did this terrible thing will be punished for his actions. All too often, there is no justice for the animals that are abandoned like this. It’s so hard to understand how anyone could ever do something so cruel. Now we can only hope that this sweet pup will learn to trust people again, and that she finds a loving forever home soon.

Have you ever experienced a dog lick attack? It’s one of the most hilarious, disgusting, adorable, happy things you can have happen to you (in my opinion).

When this little boy finds himself knee-deep in his very first, he can’t decide whether he wants to laugh or escape…either way, it’s adorable.

Everyone loves puppies, even when there are more than you can handle at once. Too many puppies? No, never too many puppies.

He may be overwhelmed, but it’s with joy!

For some of us, it’s kind of hard to be around others for long periods of time…or really at all. Sometimes it’s better to just stay in with a good book and a cup of tea (or giant bowl of ice cream). But when society does force us into social situations, it can get rough, leaving us longing for our best friends (i.e. Liz Lemon).

I only wish that I was as cute as all of these babies when I’m being awkward at a party!

If any of these guys would let me get anywhere near them, I’d give them all the biggest hug in the world, and tell them that they’ll get over their shyness…one day.

You just gotta jump in the deep end! Talk about the weather or terrible movies (or Beggin’ Strips and toy mice) with a stranger, and you’ll see it’s really not that bad!

As summertime draws to a close, everyone’s trying to squeeze in as much sunshine as humanly (or otherwise) possible. Whether your jam is lying in the grass with a good book in the public park, taking a hike, going for a long run, staking out the ice cream truck, or lying out on your roof, I’m sure you’re trying to get some quality time with the nice weather before everything turns to ice.

These furry friends are with you, but their favorite summer oasis? The beach, of course!

These cuties are having the times of their lives. Maybe it’s time to take a hint and enjoy the days you have left, instead of missing what you haven’t even experienced yet.

Sometimes when you drop an ice cube on the floor, it’s a tragedy because it was the last one in the tray. Now it’s shattered into a dozen little unsalvageable pieces. That glass of lemonade will never be as good as you had hoped.

But when this guy dropped his last cool morsel, a whole world of fun opened up for his cute pup!

Ah, life’s simple pleasures.

This Ice Cube is feeling left out of the fun, though.

Sometimes you see a video and you know it’ll stay with you for awhile. But every now and again, you see one and know you’ll remember it forever. That’s what we have today with a puppy learning to howl for the very first time.

When she first hears the call of wild wolves on her owner’s laptop, she doesn’t know what to do…but she soon follows her instincts, and produces the most adorable sound ever!

She’s ready to run wild…just maybe keep her on the leash, because she’s still an itty-bitty thing!

While you might think you’ve seen ’em all, there’s one breed you might not have heard of before, and it’s unbearably adorable.

This adorable breed will have me happily confused for all eternity, and Tonkey will forever remain in my heart as the most adorable conundrum I’ve ever laid eyes on.
