When These Pugs Meet Their Baby Brother For The First Time, They're So Excited!

When baby Louie was set to meet his trio of brothers one day, his parents had a problem: how do you introduce a tiny tyke like Lou to a group of wily pugs…and not have them swarm him with love?

Their inventive solution let him meet the dogs on his own terms…just wait until you hear his adorable laughter!

It turns out that while the pugs can’t containment their excitement, neither can baby Louie. We’re sure these four will be fast friends!

This Baby Has Lots Of Adorable Best Friends...And They're All Pugs

Every baby needs a best friend. Sometimes that best friend is a blankie, or another baby, or maybe it’s a high chair that seemingly always has a tray filled with Cheerios. But for one baby in Scotland, there is no such thing as just one best friend. This little tyke has tons of best friends…and they’re all adorable pugs.

Louie has been hanging with pugs ever since he was born.

Which, to be fair, wasn’t that long ago…

But the bonds he’s formed with all the pugs he’s hung out with are adorable.

His mom, Lynne, isn’t worried about her son’s safety, or that of the pups.

She keeps a close eye on their playtime shenanigans…

Besides, who could look away from this anyway?!

Louie may only be six months old…

But he already knows how to be gentle and caring with his tiny, furry friends.

Sassy Pants, an older pug, is one of Louie’s favorites.

But let’s be honest…

There’s room for plenty of favorites in this household.

Louis’ mom is shocked at all the attention her pups and son have gotten…

But she shouldn’t be…I mean, look at these faces!

And now that I think about it, the resemblance is kind of uncanny…!

I can’t wait to watch this little boy grow up with his pups!

Okay, can we just bask in this roly-poly glory…

For a tiny…

Bit longer?

You should definitely follow the gang on Instagram and Facebook for updates on all their adorableness! This is one of the sweetest furry little families I’ve ever seen.

Teddy Was Tossed Out Like Trash, But Luckily, Someone Was There To Save Him

Twelve-year-old Malory Steiner was playing outside her home in Royalton, NY, when she saw an SUV toss a black garbage bag out its window and drive off. It might have been just a bad case of littering, but then something strange happened.

“The bag started walking down the road,” she told her local news station. She quickly realized that there was a small dog inside the bag, and that it was not in good shape. “I saw that it was starting to rip and it was around his neck.”

Tearing open the bag, Steiner and her family saw that inside was an elderly pug in poor health.

Once he was removed from the bag, the family called the Buffalo Pug & Small Breed Rescue team, who arrived shortly. “It is just disgusting,” Steiner’s mother said of the dog’s treatment. “I still can’t believe somebody would do something like that.”

The pug, named Teddy, was taken back to BPSBR’s headquarters, where it was discovered he was in even worse shape than anyone had realized.

Besides being starved and dehydrated, Teddy also had some kind of severe skin condition (it wasn’t mange, they think it may be an allergy), as well as an old spinal injury, a broken tail, infections in both ears, poor teeth, a very bad case of dry eyes, and possible partial kidney failure. The good news, though, is that he didn’t show any signs of cancer.

They set to work immediately, dosing him with antibiotics, special shampoos, and eye drops.

Teddy has been eating and drinking, which is a good sign, and the rescuers hope that he’s feeling a bit more comfortable.

Despite everything he’s been through, Teddy is a warm, friendly dog who loves snuggling.

Local authorities are still searching for the person who dumped Teddy like trash, but for right now, the BPSBR’s energies are focused on getting him the medical attention he needs, both for his injuries and his advanced age. Steiner, who witnessed Teddy’s ejection from the car, is being hailed as a hero for her part in his rescue.

This Dog Just Came Up With An Upgrade To The Doggie Paddle, And It's Amazing

When most dogs go for a swim, they default to what is so affectionately known as the doggie paddle. It’s just what they know best. As an added bonus, it’s pretty freaking cute.

I mean, just look:

But this pup might’ve found a way to cool off on those hot summer days that’s even more adorable. We’re calling it…

The doggie waddle!

This little pug is just too cute

It’s almost like he’s pretending to be a person…

Then again, if that was his intention, his downfall was chasing after that pink ball. Almost had us fooled, little pug!

This Pug Is The Smallest On Earth, But She's Not Too Teeny To Steal Your Heart

Oftentimes, when there’s a runt in the litter, he or she doesn’t make it past the first few days due to medical complications. But sometimes, with enough care and encouragement, they pull through. Even the teeniest of living creatures can thrive and overcome the odds…and Pip the tiny pug from the U.K. is one of those miracle stories.

She’s half her sister’s size and measures in at a mere four inches tall. Pip was born with a cleft lip, and has battled with pneumonia for most of her young life, but her vet says she should be just fine after she makes it past these first hard months.

I hope all the best for this pocket-size pup! It sounds like she’s had quite the tough time, but her vets and human parents are very optimistic about the future. She should probably be nicknamed Powerful Pip!
