This Adorable, Little Duckling Just Can't Let His Savior Out Of His Sight!

Ducklings are known for being more of the follower types than born leaders. It’s just in their genes! Who can blame them, though? There’s nothing wrong with putting your trust in someone older and wiser, and falling under his or her wing.

This little duckling got separated from his feathered family…but, luckily, he found someone else to follow through life when a caring man took the poor duckling into his home. The resulting relationship is ridiculously adorable.

He can definitely keep up with the big guys.

Just look how happy he is!

“Daaad, wait up!”

Not only is this precious…this duckling now gets a second chance at life. Without his human dad, there’s no way he would have survived in the wild.

This Duck Is So Much Better At Soccer Than I Could Ever Hope To Be

I can admit that I’m not the greatest when it comes to athletics. But I didn’t think I would ever be eclipsed by a sporty duck. The dog from Air Bud, sure, but seriously…a duck??

Prepare to be amazed by this fine-feathered soccer star in the making. He is in the zone and nothing is breaking his coordination as he receives pass after pass. If there are any talent scouts out there reading this, you might want to sign this kid quack — er, I mean, quick.

Gooooooaaaaaalll!

If I don’t see this cutie at the next Olympics, I will be so disappointed. Unless it’s just because he’s too busy remaking The Mighty Ducks with a more literal interpretation.

When An Itty-Bitty Kitten Chases Around Full-Grown Ducks, Hilarity Ensues

We all love a good game of cat and mouse…they chase each other around, playfully or otherwise. But what about the game of kitten and ducks?

Being chased around the yard by their fellow feathered friends is one thing, but when these ducks find a tiny kitten in hot pursuit, the cutest game of chase takes place. Just be warned before you watch, though. Who knows how many hours you’re about to lose hitting repeat!

Round and round they go — when they’ll stop, nobody knows!

She Quacked At A Storm Drain For No Apparent Reason, But Then They Looked Inside

Passersby were seriously confused by a frantic duck quacking at a storm drain. They chalked it up to animals being their silly selves…until they took a closer look through the cracks. This mother duck wasn’t crazy, she was having a totally warranted momma meltdown!

Watch to see what rescuers found down there…

This mummy duck kept quacking at people passing by this drain. They weren’t sure what she was trying to tell them until they discovered her little ducklings had fallen through and she was asking for help… The moment they’re reunited is the cutest ever! JK and Lucy xxxVia: noviny.sk

“Didn’t I tell you to follow me?!”

I’m so glad someone took the time to take a closer look! It’s people like this that make the world a better place, and I’m sure this momma duck will be forever grateful for their kindness.

This Little Duckling Escaped From A Foie Gras Factory...The Rest Is History

If you want to become familiar with the horrors of the meat industry, I’ll leave that to your own discretion…but for now, I’ll introduce you to one adorable duckling who escaped a life of pain and torture when he wandered away from a foie gras factory.

A worker from that very factory brought him home and gave the lucky baby a chance at a good life…and the rest is truly incredible.

Here’s the happy little guy, safe and sound.

He lives in the countryside in France, with lots of open space to roam about…but there’s just one thing.

He needed a mother figure.

One of the chickens on the worker’s family farm had been nursing her own sterile eggs for quite a while, and she wanted to be a mom so badly that sometimes she’d even care for chestnuts in the yard, hoping they’d turn into baby chicks.

The woman had the bright idea to bring the two together.

At first they were both confused, but soon enough…

The hen recognized the duckling as her very own, and the baby began to follow her everywhere.

I think it’s safe to say that everyone comes out a winner in this story!

It’s amazing what two wounded souls can bring to each other’s lives. Instead of facing a short life filled with cruelty, this duckling is now happily roaming free, and this hen finally got to become the mother she was meant to be!
