When a strange man snatched a two-year-old from a park in Sprague, Washington, the child’s eight-year-old sister and 10-year-old brother pursued the kidnapper on foot to save their sibling. The screams of the children caught the attention of a bystander, who called 911. The kidnapper eventually let the child go, and fled.
