Nothing Makes This Mini Pig Happier Than Getting A Good Scratch

When this piggy needs a good scratch, he doesn’t bother turning to his owners for help. Instead, he gets busy trying to find the perfect spot around the house to reach every last nook and cranny on his little body.

Just see for yourself, but be prepared: after seeing this much adorable, you may just need to scratch an itch the same way yourself!

Hmm…now where can I find a coffee table that’s just as perfect as a scratching post?! Maybe West Elm?

This Little Piglet Loves Lettuce So Much, He just Can't Contain His Excitement

Getting your kids to eat their veggies might become a little easier after showing them this cute video. Because if this adorable piglet goes THIS crazy over lettuce, you can be sure they’ll want to follow in his footsteps.

So grab the kiddos, sit back, and get ready to teach them the value of eating all the green, leafy goodness they can handle.

Pickle is bound to grow up big and strong, thanks to all those healthy vitamins!

This Adorable Mini Pig's Excitement Is Unmatched By Any Other Animal We've Seen

If you’ve ever thought owning a mini pig might be easier than raising a puppy, think again. Though they’re just as cute, their endless energy and excitement can be a lot to handle.

Don’t believe us? Just watch Pickle the mini pig run around — he’s like the Energizer Bunny…but way cuter!

This Little Pig Loves Playing In Laundry SO MUCH...He Just Can't Handle It!

Normally, a pile of dirty laundry conjures up thoughts of dreaded chores — hours spent loading the washer and dryer, unloading them, folding clothes…UGH. But when this mini pig sees a pile of dirty drawers, he only sees a barrel of fun. His reaction might just inspire you to get to that laundry pile early this week…

That’s it — I need a mini pig to roll around in my dirty clothes! I could watch him for hours.

This Lab Takes Her Best Friend On A Walk...But Who It Is Will Surprise You!

Usually, it’s the human that takes the dog on a walk…but not in this family. The thing is, though, it’s not exactly the other way around, either. When the pets in this household want to go for their afternoon stroll, it’s a little hard to tell who’s walking whom…but it’s definitely adorable!

I hope they remember to wave to their neighbors!

I wish I could see these guys heading out for their morning or afternoon walk every day…it would definitely bring a smile to my face. Maybe I could even join them…if they let me!

This Cow And Pig Playing Is Everything That Is Good And Wonderful With The World

Young ones have the biggest, most whimsical imaginations. Just watch any group of five-year-olds during recess or running in the backyard…they play make-believe kings or robots, craft flower crowns…the options are endless. The best part is that they have no reservations — no shame in showing how joyful they are at any given moment.

Adults tend to lose that freedom, becoming more and more self-conscious about their actions, words, and appearances. But it’s important to remember that you need to follow your own heart and enjoy each and every moment!

Let your inner kid out…and if you must, channel these two rescued babies in the process:

Run like no one is watching.

Cuddle like it’s your last.

Snuggle like you mean it.

We could all learn a thing or two from them…

These two really are a reminder to let go of your insecurities every once in a while! If you feel like rolling around in a shady patch of dirt, go right ahead! Just as long as you don’t have any important business meetings directly after, as you might want to shower first.

Jamon May Be Mini In Size, But His Mega Piggy Personality Will Steal Your Heart

It’s no secret that pigs are some of the cutest creatures on earth, but this precious porker might just be the cutest and most charming little piggy on the whole planet.

His name is Jamon and he lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with his parents and equally delightful little brother pig, Nero. While the cutie enjoys a life of eating, sleeping, playing dress-up, and soaking up the sun, he is also an advocate against the misconceptions so many people have about bringing one of these sweet swines into their homes.

He was born in 2013 and adopted by his parents, Dea and Dom, at about two and a half months old.

Dea obviously couldn’t help from flooding her personal Facebook with photos of Jamon’s sweet face, and one day they decided to create his own profile page so his growing group of fans could stay updated on all his adorable adventures.

You can’t deny the beautiful boy has a natural knack for being in front of a camera!

He was still a small fry when they first brought him home, about the size of a puppy.

But his healthy appetite for anything vegan (except mushrooms, he’s not a fan of those) helped him grow bigger and stronger.

The most common misconception about micropigs like Jamon is that they stay their petite size, or “tea cup” size, but he proves that’s simply not the case.

Their miniature size is only in comparison to the much larger, regular farm breed of pigs.

In fact, Jamon would be the first to tell you that there is just no such thing as a “tea cup” pig.

Now over two years old, he measures 28 inches from snout to tail and could almost be mistaken for a medium-sized dog.

Here’s the difference a couple years made for Jamon…it might be time for a new bed, eh?

He advises anyone who wants to bring their own pretty piggy home to understand they aren’t like ordinary pets.

They require a lot of attention, especially because of how smart they are and how quickly they pick up on things.

Jamon even figured out how to open his family’s fridge! They’ve since replaced it with a less pig-friendly option.

Little brother Nero joined the family last year and Jamon loves playing, snuggling, and showing the cutie all the ropes.

Jamon also uses his smarts to learn a few tricks such as sitting, turning, giving his paw, staying, and is always eager to learn more.

But his favorite thing (other than eating) seems to be playing dress-up with new, cute outfits for photoshoots.

His closet started growing after the cold Brazilian winters made it necessary to supply him with sweaters and hoodies. And of course, he just makes everything look so good!

A pig can be one of the most obedient, intelligent, and affectionate pets for your home, but Jamon recommends lots of research and maybe even visiting with an adult pig owner before making the commitment.

The first six months are especially crucial for these cuties development and they can sometimes stay fairly temperamental, but with the right dedication and information they are obviously one of the loveliest additions you can make to your family.

You can catch up on all of Jamon’s adorable adventures on his Facebook and Instagram, and of course stay tuned for more!

This Little Piggy Is Just One Of The Pups, And It's Hilariously Adorable!

Winston Churchill once said, “Always remember, a cat looks down on man, a dog looks up to man, but a pig will look man right in the eye and see his equal.” While I (am biased and) don’t necessarily agree with the bit about cats, the rest is incredibly true. But what happens when one pig is adopted into a home with nine other rescues…seven of which are senior pups?

Well, that pig becomes part of the pack, too! But that doesn’t mean she loses all of her piggy tendencies…

There’s Bikini in the back, a four-year-old potbellied pig. She’s not always quite as invested in what Steve, her human, is doing, but she still likes to be around all of her brothers and sisters!

She loves a good snuggle when it’s time to catch their favorite Sunday night show, just like her canine counterparts.

She might show her piggy side a bit more when lunchtime rolls around…

But when a good cuddle by the fire is on the books, she joins her crew without hesitation.

She’s very obedient when it’s time to ride to the vet. She must be very heath-conscious.

It’s hard for Steve to go anywhere in his house without running into one of his furry family members.

But he wouldn’t have it any other way!

The pups range in age from five to 17…

Making Bikini the baby of the family!

Oh, that ninth animal? It’s a bunny rabbit.

(via The Dodo)

Definitely wasn’t expecting that fluffy rabbit — but with such a diverse family, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised!

Bikini sure is just one of the pups in this household! She’s ready to take a walk or have a cozy snuggle at the drop of hat.
