There are few genuinely surprising moments in our lives — even when someone is planning a surprise birthday party, the news usually gets out and ruins it.

But when you experience actual surprise, it’s magical. When this little boy realizes all his canine dreams have finally come true, words cannot describe his surprise — and it’s simply the best.

I’d freak out if someone presented me with such a cute little pup, too. You just know that these two are going to grow up sharing a bond unlike any other.
