Louis C.K. embarrassed a critic of one of his shows on live radio by exposing that the critic never actually watched the show!

Louis C.K. Is one of the more popular comedians today, doing standup, acting, and writing. One of the shows he wrote and acted in was Lucky Louie, which aired on HBO in the summer of 2006. The show received mixed reviews from critics, and despite HBO ordering eight scripts of episodes for season 2, the show was cancelled before filming a second season.

The most controversial critique of the show was not by a professional critic, but by the Catholic League. The Catholic League, according to its website, "is the nation's largest Catholic civil rights organization" in order to "to participate in American public life without defamation or discrimination."

In a news release issued by the Catholic League's president Bill Donahue, nine bullet points were listed which regarded Lucky Louie as "blasphemy" because of scenes like one in which C.K. Was masturbating in a broom closet.

The best part of this story is when C.K. was appearing on a radio show with his friend and fellow actor in Lucky Louie, Jim Norton. While C.K. was on, Donahue called the show to defend his stance, and when C.K. challenged Donahue's statements, Donahue revealed he had never actually seen an episode of the show despite allowing his name to be on the news release!
