Stephen Hawking is a 72-year old theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and author. He is world-renowned for being incredibly intelligent. Despite his high intelligence level, though, Stephen Hawking doesn't actually know his own I.Q.
It's not because he can't remember it.During an interview with The New York Times, he stated that "People who boast about their I.Q. are losers."
However, Stephen Hawking did have a few encouraging words with regards to knowing whether or not someone is a genius. He said that, "The media needs superheroes in science just as in every sphere of life, but there is really a continuous range of abilities with no clear dividing line."
Just because you don't score high on a standardized test, doesn't mean that you lack abilities. Well, at least that's what Stephen Hawking believes—and he's a genius, so it must be true!
