When Dr. Evil puts his finger up his mouth, he's flexing his Minime muscle!

Dr. Evil is a fictional character, played by Mike Myers in the Austin Powers film series.

He is Austin Powers’ nemesis, and he threatens to terrorize and take over the world along with his cat Mr. Bigglesworth and his sidekick Mini-me, a dwarf clone of himself unless the American government pays him “ONE BILLION DOLLARS, MUAHAHAHA”.

Mini-Me has almost no dialogue in the films, beyond an occasional frightened “Eeeee”. Otherwise, he is silent except for when he does his evil laugh with Dr. Evil. He often uses the middle finger as a means of insulting someone.

On the other hand, Dr. Evil might now use his middle finger during the movies at all but he surely uses his pinky every time he curves it up to his mouth when he is about to laugh or say something “evil”. In order to do this movement, Dr. Evil flexes the Flexor Digiti Minimi muscle whenever he curves his pinky!

Also a Minimi is a small Belgian machine gun. As you can see there are several references to “Mini-me” throughout the entire Austin Powers series!
